We have used PD Construction on a number of occasions, the most recent work we had done was panelling throughout the hall, stairs and landing. We approached PD Construction in 2012 with a view to getting a quote to totally renovate our bouse in DUBLIN 4.. We did not personally know Paul Donlan but had got his name from a family member who had got him to do some work in their house. From our first contact with PD Construction we were impressed with how professional everything was and also how friendly Paul and his staff were. We were extremely happy with the work that PD Construction carried out with the total renovation of the house - both inside & out. We had never had a house totally tenovated before so we were very anxious. However, we were in professional hands and had nothing to worry about.

I hired Paul and his team over the summer to design and build a 2nd living area that was previously an unused garage / storage area. Everything from pluming, electrical and carpentry was taken care of and I was kept up to date on all progress throughout the build. As costs were very reasonable I was able to install a downstairs toilet (this was something that 2 previous builders said was too expensive for my budget) Overall I was happy with all the work and would definitely recommend to others.

Paul has completed numerous jobs for us on our family home. He put in beautiful engineered oak floors in our sittingroom and dining room which were finished to the highest standard. This Summer Paul also completed some work on our back garden. He laid sandstone paving and decorative walling in two areas of our garden which we are delighted with and which have transformed our Garden. He is very hard working and maticulous and we would highly recommend him for any home renovations

I am a member of the Dublin Camera Club. We had some very bad water damage done to our club premises - resulting in a ceiling collapsing and lots of other damage. PD Construction did a wonderful job in refurbishing the meeting room with the collapsed ceiling - installing a new ceiling, re-wiring and re-painting the room.

Since then PD Construction have also carried out other repairs - replacing missing plaster etc.

In all cases - a very professional job was carried out - on time and to budget.

Paul is an absolute gentleman and a terrific worker.

He insulated under my floors, put insulated plasterboard on all my walls that were external and insulated and floored out my attic for a great price and got it all done neatly in no time and the house is so warm since it's done.

I recommended him to all my friends and I've seen the work he's done for them fitting kitchens, wardrobes and a bathroom renovation and I must say it's excellent.
Can't recommend them highly enough.
